Every Queerencia purchase made allows us to donate to LGBTQ+ organizations that help impact the lives of those in our community. Our minimum order is 24 pieces, but there are significant price breaks when ordering in higher quantities. There are restrictions on color and product type for smaller orders.
We do accept credit card payments at Queerencia and QPromo. A 3% transaction fee is added for credit card transactions.
For new clients, payment is required at the time of order. Large volume custom orders will require a downpayment upon contract signature. Net 30 is available on a case-by-case basis after initial orders have been placed or Queerencia is included in your procurement portal.

Ideally, we will receive a high-definition design from your team, such as an AI file. You can provide us with your design in a digital format, such as a PNG or JPG file. Our team can also help you create a design if you need assistance.
The turnaround time for an order depends on several factors such as the size of the order and the complexity of the design. Our team can provide you with a more accurate estimate once we have all of the details for your order.
We strongly suggest that any orders over 1000 units be placed at least 30 days before a special occasion so that there is plenty of time and peace of mind for you and your team. It is much easier for us to reorder if you need more than to place a new order in a short amount of time.
The cost of printing shirts depends on several factors such as the number of shirts in the order, the number of colors in the design, and the type of shirt you choose. Our team can provide you with a quote once we have all of the details for your order.
